Sunswell recently completed the full line connection and assembly of a 24,000 BPH automatic bottled water line at its new facility in Dongjiu International Industrial Park, Zhangjiagang. Rated at 24,000 bottles per hour based on 500ml format, the line is scheduled for shipment to the United States — another export order secured in the premium drinking water equipment segment.
The heart of the line is a 40-40-15 triblock monobloc: 40 rinsing heads, 40 filling heads, and 15 capping heads, handling the entire process from empty bottle rinsing through precise filling to capping in one continuous flow. The American clients tend to be demanding on throughput and uptime; this configuration was specified with those expectations in mind.
Two practical hygiene features were built in. First, the filling valves come with CIP capability, so the full cleaning and sanitizing cycle runs automatically without dismantling equipment — less downtime, less hassle. Second, the capper integrates UV sterilization, giving caps a dose of ultraviolet before they enter the capping station. Between the two, microbiological control is reasonably well covered.
Full mechanical assembly is complete, and engineers are now running final performance trials. The new plant and the line itself represent the continued investment Sunswell has been making in premium equipment manufacturing over recent years.
