Indonesian Clients Visit Sunswell For FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) of 18,000 CPH Canning Line

Recently, we had the honor of hosting Indonesian clients at our factory for the Factory Acceptance Test of their customized 18,000 CPH (220ml) Carbonated Soft Drink (CSD) and Hot-Fill Juice Canning Line. The core of this high-speed canning line is our YDGF 30-6 volumetric filler. Utilizing float-ball cylinder quantitative filling technology and an electrical pneumatic valve control system, it ensures stable, high-speed production for both carbonated and non-carbonated beverages. During continuous, high-volume operations, the equipment delivers precise and consistent filling performance, setting a new industry benchmark for reliability.

6.Premium Seaming System

The seamer is equipped with original Taiwanese alloy steel sealing rollers (HRC > 62) to guarantee stable and reliable seam quality. It integrates pre-seaming CO₂ purging, a "no can, no cap" control system to prevent waste, and a dry-run detection function. The seamer can also be manually adjusted to accommodate various can heights.
