  • Bottle infeed

    Bottle infeed by combination of air conveyor and infeed starwheel.

    Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

  • Rinser

    The rotary wheel is a fully stainless steel welded structure.

    The machine applies unique overturning bottle clamp, which is an innovation of our company. This bottle clamp grips bottle at neck position, 

    avoiding bottle mouth thread contamination caused by rubber gripper block of a traditional bottle clamp. Made of SUS304 stainless steel, this bottle clamp is hygienic and durable. 

    The high efficiency atomizing spay nozzle installed on bottle clamp is capable of cleaning any part of bottle inner wall, and also saves rinsing water.

    All sliding bushes of lifting device use Igus (Germany) anti-corrosion maintenance free bearing.

    The rinser is driven by driving system positioned inside machine frame via gear transmission.

  • Filler

    The filling valve consists of a valve seat, exhaust pipe, inflatable valve stem, etc.

    a) Valve seat

    The valve seat is equipped with exhaust valve stem and centering guide. The valve stems are all closed with springs.

    b) Exhaust pipe

    The exhaust pipe determines the liquid level in the bottle. The returned gas returns to the filling tank through the exhaust pipe. The exhaust pipe is threaded, allowing the operator to replace it quickly and easily. The diversion umbrella is installed on the exhaust pipe.

    c) Inflatable valve stem

    The inflation valve stem closes the CO2 return passage in the filling valve. The movement of the external operated valve stem lifts the inflatable valve stem, thus opening the inflation/return air passage.

    The filling valve is located in the filling tank. It remains closed under the filling pressure in the tank. Its working process is as follows:

    When a bottle is pressed against the valve, the valve opening device opens the control valve stem and the CO2 channel opens. Make the pressure in the bottle equal to that in the tank, and the main liquid channel in the filling valve will automatically open. The inflowing main liquid discharges the CO2 and returns it to the tank through an exhaust pinhole and exhaust pipe. When the increasing liquid level seals the exhaust pipe, the pressure in the bottle is gradually higher than the pressure in the filling tank. Under the action of pressure, the filling valve stops filling.

    After the filling process is completed, the filling valve is mechanically closed through the valve closer from the outside, and the CO2 in the bottleneck is slowly released through the exhaust cam (note that the exhaust cannot be too fast, otherwise it will easily bubble).

    There is a mid-position cam between the valve opening device and the valve closing device, which is used to close the inflatable valve in time when a bottle is broken, so as not to cause the pressure of the filling tank to drop rapidly and affect the stability of the liquid level in the tank.

  • Capper

    Capper is the machine with highest precision, influence very much with the stability and reliability of the filling monoblock. Our capper features as follows:

    Kinematical and kinetic design of the wheel by experts improves the stability and credibility of the equipment. II) Sealing faucet (main part to control the credibility of sealing), is improved by experts with the design of alnico. Besides the magnetic contortion variation device, there is variation dial which makes variation more easily. The benefit of this design is not only it can set the contortion, but also it makes contortion more precise and credible, and reduces inferior.

    Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism.

    Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.

    The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.

    Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of caps.

    A cap inspecting system is applied to control on-off of elevator.

  • Discharge Starwheel

    Nylon starwheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge bottles.

    Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

    Discharge Conveyor

    Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling line to prevent bottles from falling.

    Discharge conveyor is equipped with photocell switch to slow down and stop filling line in case of fallen bottles.

  • Machine Frame

    The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet.

    Driving system of the 3-in-1 Unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.

    The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.

    The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.

    Electrical control system

    The electrical cabinet is made of stainless steel. From bottle infeed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the 3-in-1 Unit.

Structure

Working Procedure

1.Prepare for pressure

The inflation valve opens, forming a passage between the bottle and the return air channel. CO2 is filled into the bottle through this passage until the CO2 pressure in the bottle is equal to the pressure in the tank.

2.Filling

The filling valve opens, forming a passage between the bottle and the tank, through which liquid is filled in the bottle. At the same time, the CO2 in the bottle flows back to the tank through the return pipe at the same speed, until the liquid in the bottle rises and flows through the return pipe to form pressure balance, the compressed CO2 in the bottle seals the liquid to continue to flow out. When the liquid enters the bottle, it is evenly distributed to the bottle wall through the diversion umbrella to avoid foaming due to impact during filling.

3.Close valve

After the filled bottles have stood for a certain period of time, the liquid valve and the inflatable valve are closed to cut off the passage between the tank and the bottle.

4.Discharge

The exhaust valve opens, creating a passage between the tank and the atmosphere, the pressure in the bottle is thereby released. The final pressure release process is carried out until the bottle is separated from the filling valve.

5.Blowing residual liquid

When the filling valve is located between the bottle outlet and bottle inlet star wheels, the inflatable valve stem opens and then closes after the preset time. In this way, the CO2 gas in the tank will blow out the remaining liquid in the return pipe.
