Order for sparkling water bottling line from Turks and Caicos

The Turks and Caicos Islands are a British Overseas Territory. They are known primarily for tourism and as an offshore financial centre.

Recently, Sunswell received an order from a customer in Turks and Caicos Isalands for purchase of sparkling water filling line in Glass bottles.

The customer’s goal is to bottle sparkling water (carbonated water) liquor as vodka and  in 750ml returnable glass bottles. The bottle will use pry-off crown caps. Therefore, the customer will design and make their own unique bottles. They will customize their own glass bottle mold and plastic crates mold.

The whole order package includes a 3000BPH bottling line.The bottling line is mainly composed of returnable glass bottle washing machine( soaking machine, outside brusher and inside brusher), rinser/filler/capper monoblock and bottle conveyors, etc.

We believe that with the help of Sunswell, the customer will be able to successfully create their own unique bottles and bottle their unique sparkling water for tourist from all over the world.
