1. The three technologies

The material and energy costs are higher, and the tunnel adds footprint and heat to the line. Sleeves suit brands that want the whole bottle as a canvas — and the economics follow the brand, not the volume.
The shrink tunnel's heat is a line consideration — for heat-sensitive product or lightweight bottles, the tunnel spec and the bottle's heat tolerance are designed together.
4. Self-adhesive
Self-adhesive (pressure-sensitive) labels come on a roll with adhesive, and the applicator presses them onto the bottle — clean, quick to change and ideal for short runs, many SKUs and shaped bottles. The per-label material cost is the highest of the three, which is why PSA suits higher-end, low-volume and high-changeover products rather than volume water.
