The labeling station is synchronized with the main engine. The main engine speed is adjusted according to the infeed speed, the labeling accuracy is guaranteed.
Patented designs of camshaft and French curve, to guarantee the labeling accuracy and prolong machine life-span. Maximum rotation angle: 370°，with flexible application.
Scratch-free infeeding device and stainless steel guiding star-wheel with well polished edges produces no scratch on the bottles.
The patented technology of scratch-free star-wheel has been applied in rotary labeling machine, replacing the worm-gear which produces scratches on the bottles (shown as below). The stability in mass production has been proved.
