  • Bottle Infeed 

    Bottle infeed by combination of air conveyor and infeed starwheel.

    Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

  • Filling Machine

    Scaime (France) weighing sensor and control system

    The design of filling structure is reasonable and hygiene dead angle, the run of equipment is stable, it can control the material from the bottleneck.

    The filling system has liquid level automatic control.

    Filling valve lift is controlled by the valve elevator, after filling valve contact the bottleneck, it starts to fill.

    Bottle is conveying by the wheel in the filling part.

  • Filling valve

    1)Filling valve structure design is reasonable, fast flow, high precision. Parts and components used in all CNC machining centers and processing equipment. Improve the machining accuracy at the same time, to ensure the good exchange of parts. All filling valve seals with ozone-resistant, corrosion-resistant seals. All contact with the logistics of sanitary materials.

    2)Filling valve and bottle lifting mechanism sliding sleeve are made of German igus corrosion-free maintenance-free bearings.

    3)Electrical servo drive instead of pneumatic cylinder for valve control

    4)Small hole with vacuum on filling nozzle to avoid dripping after filling

  • Flip (Press-on) Capper

    The capping cam is forged from 45 # high quality carbon steel and is cut and machined by the machining center. In order to improve the strength of the guide rail of the cam, after the corresponding heat treatment, the surface is blacked out.

  • Twist-off Cap Capper

    Tin cap capper is composed by gear, capping device, anti rotate pole and elevated device .The drive is passed through transfer gear to the capper gear, and the elevated pole pass it to the capper. The up and down movement is done by capping cam

    When main shaft and gear rotate under the capping head, while two screw rollers and tamperproof roller complete capping under self-rotation. If there is no cap, the safety piston will stop roller mesh. Adjust the nut can adjust the pressure.

  • Discharge Conveyor

    Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling line to prevent bottles from falling.

    Discharge conveyor is equipped with photocell switch to slow down and stop filling line in case of fallen bottles.

  • Machine Frame

    The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet.

    Driving system of the 3-in-1 Unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.

    The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.

    The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.

  • Window

    The whole machine uses sealed window, in the equipment operation process, the protection of personnel, equipment safety. The window seal is only allowed to open during the inspection process. The overall use of arc transitional structure to facilitate cleaning equipment to reduce dead ends. Sheet metal parts using CNC machining equipment, while ensuring the accuracy of the overall appearance.

  • Lubrication system

    The mechanical lubrication part of the whole machine adopts automatic lubrication to reduce the labor and maintenance cost. The main machine PLC equipment refueling method, refueling time and refueling frequency are controlled on the main control panel to control the mechanical lubrication system. The lubrication is timely, quantitatively and fixedly given.

High-speed and highly accurate filling valves with weighing sensors ensure no loss of liquid at high speed.

Liquid buffer element specially designed inside filling valves can eliminate the cutting affection and wallop between liquid and container, easy to eliminate the air bubble in material.

Capping heads are magnetic constant-torque equipped to ensure capping quality with no damage.

Highly effective cap sorting and feed in system is protective for feed in and cap absence.

Equipped with overload system to safeguard machine and operators.

Equipped with cap absence detector and bottle jam-up detector, which could stop the monoblock in that case.

Equipped with output calculating function for monoblock.  

Main electronic components (touch screen, PLC and frequency inverter) are imported products.
