Describe

5-in-1 aseptic filling monoblock, composed of double sanitizer rinsing, sterile water rinsing, flowmeter filling and capping. It is innovated and designed in the requirement of for juice, tea drinks, energy drinks, functional beverages, etc.

Features

  • Infeed starwheel

    Bottle block cylinder is used to prevent the bottle go into the filling equipment during normal running and default. It can be operated manually and automatically. If there is not enough bottle supply, the bottle block cylinder controls the starwheel and reduces the running speed as well.

    Bottle infeed screw drive is composed by the 2 level reducer, the 1st level is the cone gear drive, for driving the bottle in screw and bottle in chain, the 2nd level is bottle in screw drive box, for adjusting the bottle infeed screw and position adjustment during bottle shape changing.

  • Sanitizer and Sterile Water Rinsing

    Composed by Dispenser, rinsing clamp, rinsing water recycle, there is a fixed rinsing time, the empty bottle was held by a fixed track, rinsing, drying, then reaches the cleaning purpose.

  • Filler

    Rotary wheel fully made of stainless steel SUS 304. 

    Valves controlled by diaphragm valve and flowmeter.

    Product tank and filling valves are made of 304.

    Non-contact filling

    Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.

  • Capper

    Capper is the machine with highest precision, influence very much with the stability and reliability of the filling monoblock. Our capper features as follows:

    Kinematical and kinetic design of the wheel by experts improves the stability and credibility of the equipment. II) Sealing faucet (main part to control the credibility of sealing), is improved by experts with the design of alnico. Besides the magnetic contortion variation device, there is variation dial which makes variation more easily. The benefit of this design is not only it can set the contortion, but also it makes contortion more precise and credible, and reduces inferior.

    Cap distributing chute is equipped with reverse cap stop and reverse cap pick-out mechanism.

    Cap distributing chute is equipped with a photocell switch to stop the capper when there is no cap inside the chute.

    The capper is equipped with inlet bottle detection switch.

    Centrifugal way of cap arranging is adopted to reduce damage of caps.

    A cap inspecting system is applied to control on-off of elevator.

  • Discharge Conveyor

    Nylon starwheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge bottles.

    Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

    Discharge Conveyor

    Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling line to prevent bottles from falling.

    Discharge conveyor is equipped with photocell switch to slow down and stop filling line in case of fallen bottles.

  • Machine Frame

    The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet.

    Driving system of the 3-in-1 Unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.

    The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.

    The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.

    Electrical control system

    The electrical cabinet is made of stainless steel. From bottle infeed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the 3-in-1 Unit.

Structure

Main features 

1.The bottle entrance is equipped with the air draft and air curtain, which is insulated from the exterior air to prevent the irritation air out releasing and exterior air polluting.

2.Each rotating part adopts the liquid tank seal structure, which prevent the sterilizing gas corrosion to the bearing and driving parts.

3.It adopts the centralized lubrication system, which can set the frequency, time and lubricating volume and etc on the touch screen.

4.The driving system adopts the Germany Sew motor, which uses the way of combination with the cardan shaft, reducer and gear.

5.Aseptic water rinser uses the electronic control way and the rinsing branch uses the Germany GEMU pneumatic membrane valve. It’s controlled by the PLC, which control the start and shut of the rinsing valves. 

6.It adopts the interval spraying technology to glass bottle: spray it for a few seconds and then empty the sterilizing liquid and spray it once again, which ensure the completely rinsing.

7.The rinsing pneumatic diaphragm valve and electric control system is equipped on the outside of aseptic isolation area, which is convenient for the observation and maintenance and saves the aseptic area as well. 

8.The filler uses the noncontact filling way which can avoid the secondary contamination; the filling valves uses Endress + Hauser pneumatic diaphrame valve with the high accuracy electromagnetic meter to realize the start and shut.

9.The electromagnetic meter and pneumatic membrane valve and electric control system is equipped on the outside of the aseptic isolation area, which is convenient for observation and maintenance and saves the aseptic area as well.

10.The filling valve mouth adopts our company patent sub critical flow device which avoids the foaming and out flowing.

11.It’s equipped with the CIP cleaning cups, which controlled by the PLC automatically.

12.Rotating joint seal parts uses USA Busak+Shamban product and the seal effect is stable with low malfunction. Between the aseptic air passage and aseptic material passage, it adopts the flowing aseptic water or clean steam protection, which prevent the cross contamination.

13.The capper running parts uses the ceramic bearing and no lubrication style, which can be cleaned and sterilized also.

14.It uses the multi star wheel bottle out way, which can avoid the bottle out conveyor submerging the filler interior .It is equipped with the high efficiency isolation curtain device, which can separate the air from each side and prevent the irritation air out releasing and exterior air polluting.

15.The bottle our conveyor uses the one line spraying sterilization.

16.The table drainage pipe is equipped with the grid and liquid tank seal device, which avoid the invasion from the drainage pipe and exterior air to the aseptic area.

17.The main machine working condition is equipped with the aseptic isolation system, aseptic gloves, aseptic product transmission device, and imported foam cleaning system and sterilizing spraying fumigation system.

18.The main electrical cabinet is made by the stainless steel 304.

19.It uses the touch screen operation; the production speeds, shift capacity, malfunction category, malfunction point are displayed on the screen. The flow meter parameters and calibration can be done on the touch screen, which is convenient.

20.The main electrical components (inverter, PLC, touch screen, photoelectrical switch, relay) adopt the famous company product such as MITSUBISHI, PROFACE, SIEMENS.

21.The pneumatic component uses the Germany FESTO product.
