Filling valve

1) Filling valve structure design is reasonable, fast flow, high precision. Parts and components used in all CNC machining centers and processing equipment. Improve the machining accuracy at the same time, to ensure the good exchange of parts. All filling valve seals with ozone-resistant, corrosion-resistant seals. All contact with the logistics of sanitary materials.

Flip (Press-on) Capper


The capping cam is forged from 45 # high quality carbon steel and is cut and machined by the machining center. In order to improve the strength of the guide rail of the cam, after the corresponding heat treatment, the surface is blacked out.

Twist-off Cap Capper


Tin cap capper is composed by gear, capping device, anti rotate pole and elevated device .The drive is passed through transfer gear to the capper gear, and the elevated pole pass it to the capper. The up and down movement is done by capping cam.

When main shaft and gear rotate under the capping head, while two screw rollers and tamperproof roller complete capping under self-rotation. If there is no cap, the safety piston will stop roller mesh. Adjust the nut can adjust the pressure.

Conveyor wheel part

Starwheel components are made of high-quality stainless steel, with high-quality oil nylon retainer, to ensure the smooth operation of the bottle in the transfer process.

For different bottles size, the same size of the bottle on the premise, by changing the nylon pieces can be quickly converted to different bottle. Out of the bottle dial wheel with a unique stainless steel 304 overall protection sheet, to avoid scratching the bottle, a bottle of stability.

Machine Frame

Rotary Air Rinser

Rotary air rinser adopts automatic air ejection cleaning solution, can make the bottle reverse 180 angle and washed automatically. It can be applied to the inner wash of glass and plastic packing containers.


Working Procedure

The bottles are fed into the rotary air washer through conveyor, then are divided though adjustable screw before enter feeding star wheel, and then bottle clamp installed on the rotary wheel of the rinser will grip bottle neck in order and then make a 180º turn along the guide track to let the bottle upside down. The clamp consists of stainless steel active plate and two rube clamp slices, and can open or close under the control of cam. In the special area of the washer, the lifting machine equipped with special spraying nozzle will put the nozzle into the bottle under the control of cam and air will be sprayed out simultaneously so the inner wall of the bottle is cleansed. There is an air draft passage connected with the vacuum pump under the bottle washing area, so the dust blown out from the bottle will be sucked away, and the inner working area of the washer will be kept clean. After washing, the spaying nozzle will lower and leave the bottle mouth, then the clamp will make a 180º turn along the guide track again to let the bottle mouth upside up. Then the cleansed bottles are discharged out of the washer by a star wheel to feed into the next working procedure.
