This integrated combiblock features a rational multi-station layout: 72-station disinfectant bottle rinsing, another 72-station disinfectant flushing section, 72-station sterile water rinsing, 60-station non-contact magnetic flowmeter filling and 20-station sanitary capping unit, all mounted on angle-designed sanitary frames to eliminate liquid residue and cross-contamination risks.

For accurate, contamination-free filling, it adopts Krohne electromagnetic flowmeters paired with closed material tanks and atmospheric gravity filling technology, which avoids product contact with mechanical pistons. Equipped with a full CIP online cleaning system, the pipeline is designed to prevent material backflow during production while enabling full fluid circulation during sanitation cycles, supported by 60 sets of automatic dummy cups for unmanned cleaning cycles.

The capping section applies Huizhuo Machinery’s patented clean internal structure, supporting fully automatic disinfection and washdown. Every detail prioritizes Class 100 local cleanliness: stainless steel bottle grippers, rigid tube distributors, fully sealed viewing windows and maintenance gloves are standard. Independent FFU laminar flow units are built into rinsing, filling and capping zones, while air curtains are installed at bottle infeed and outfeed ports with reserved flanges for waste gas treatment. Separate internal LED lighting guarantees clear visual inspection inside the machine enclosure.

Powered by ABB variable frequency main motors, the unit integrates COP and SOP self-cleaning modules, plus an automatic centralized lubrication system with adjustable lubrication intervals via the central touchscreen. In terms of operational efficiency, the machine achieves a finished product yield of no less than 98%, with a defective cap rate controlled below 0.1%.
