Bottle-in: Bottles for washing are transmitted to the longitudinal bottle-in table by chain conveyor. They go to the bottle-in clapboard in order by the help of the assistant board without a cease. They line up and lean against the bottle-in board and then are transmitted by bottle-in push-rod into the intermittently running into bottle-carriers operated by chain.

Pre-soak&Pre-wash for Cleaning Solution: Bottles leave bottle-in table into the pre-soaking tank with the movement of bottle-carriers, the temperature of this cleaning solution is 35 ~40 and concentration is 2%~2.5%. After a certain period of soaking, the fouling (such as fruit juice, sauce and other residues) in and out of the bottles can be loosened; then go through ferry, overturn to be headstand and bottle mouths are downward, two high-pressure nozzles installed above the pre-soaking tank will carry on pressurized sprays for residues and discharge into the chip groove together with dirt and sundries. Bottles have preliminary cleaning and sterilization in this area. After bottles have pre-soaked and pre-washed, one hand, it can reduce the dirt and dust into 1#soaking tank and prolong the using time of cleaning solution in 1#soaking tank, on the other hand, going through pre-heating in pre-soaking tank to prevent breaking induced by sudden-heating and it also saves energy and lows down the temperature of waste water.

 1#Soak for Cleaning Solution: Bottles leave the pre-soaking tank with the movement of bottle-carriers, bottles overturn again by the ferry and turn out to be upright and then go to 1#soaking tank; the temperature of this cleaning solution is 70℃~80℃ and concentration is 2%~3.5%. After a certain period of soaking, bottles have sterilization effect, the dirt and labels on the surface of bottles are loosened and drop off.

1#Label-removing for Cleaning Solution: With the movement of bottle-carriers, bottles leave 1#soaking tank into the first powerful label-removing area, this area has three groups’ high-pressure nozzles. The labels and dirt on the surface of bottles are washed away by lots of powerful sprays. The labels, dirt and other few broken glasses are gathered on the label-removing net, and then they are discharged timely by the label-remover. A shaking guide-rail is designed in the label-removing zone so that bottles can be shaken in bottle-carriers to avoid the dead corner and labels can be dropped off by shaking. All spray solution comes from 1#soaking tank, they are pressured by pump and go back to 1#soaking tank after rinsing and spraying the bottles.

Cleaning Solution Spray: bottles rise and overturn, bottle mouths are downward to help liquid’s outflow and it also has spray effect on the surface of bottle below. This area has nine groups’ nozzles, six are inside nozzles and three are outside nozzles. All spray solution comes from 1#soaking tank, they are pressured by pump and go back to 1#soaking tank after rinsing and spraying the bottles.

2#Soak for Cleaning Solution: With the movement of bottle-carriers, bottles leave cleaning solution spray area into 2#soaking tank, soak again by cleaning solution; the temperature of this cleaning solution is 55℃~60℃ and concentration is ~2%.

1#Label-removing for Cleaning Solution: With the movement of bottle-carriers, bottles leave 2#soaking tank into the second powerful label-removing area, this area has two groups’ nozzles to wash in and out of bottles. The labels and dirt on the bottles are washed away by lots of powerful sprays, and then they are discharged timely by the label-remover. All spray solution comes from 2#soaking tank, they are pressured by pump and go back to 2#soaking tank after rinsing and spraying the bottles.

Hot Water Spray: Bottles leave 2#label-removing into the hot water area, the temperature is 50℃, this area has six groups’ nozzles, four a reinside nozzles and two are outside nozzles, whose purpose is to remove the washing liquid of bottle and the first cooling of the bottle. This spray solution comes from hot water tank; they are pressured by pump and go back to hot water tank after rinsing and spraying the bottles.

Warm Water Spray: Bottles leave hot water area into the warm water area, the temperature is 35℃, this area has six groups’ nozzles, four are inside nozzles and two are outside nozzles, whose purpose is to remove residual washing liquid of bottle and the second cooling of the

bottle. This spray solution comes from warm water tank; they are pressured by pump and go back to warm water tank after rinsing and spraying the bottles.

Clear(un-boiled) Water Spray: Bottles leave warm water area into the clear water area, spray water adopts tap water to make bottle can be reduced to the room temperature. This area has four groups’ nozzles, two are inside nozzles and two are outside nozzles, whose purpose is to remove all residual washing liquid of bottle. This spray solution comes from external pipeline, they are pressured by pump; a part goes back to water-collecting tank and a part goes back to pre-soaking tank after rinsing and spraying the bottles.

Drain Area: After clear water spray, bottles enter drain area. There are dehumidifying-fans on the top of machine-body. Residual liquid in the bottles is almost drained(less than 3 drops).

Bottle-out: At this time the bottle mouth is upright, bottles drop down onto the bottle-hold fork by self-gravity along the discharge board; the cleaned bottles are pushed to the bottle-out device by the variable-speed-curve cam, and then are transmitted to next process by conveyor belt.
