In recent years, the aseptic filling process has become popular. Due to the different characteristics of the liquid and the pulp, the sterilization requirements are also different. In order to avoid excessive high-temperature sterilization of the pulp beverage, the liquid and pulp are sterilized separately, and then mixed in a sterile state. The preparation of aseptic pulp beverage mainly consists of the following parts: liquid tube UHT, pulp tube UHT, material liquid temporary storage sterile tank, pulp temporary storage sterile tank, online mixing sterile system, temporary storage sterile tank.
The prepared liquid is sterilized by the liquid UHT and transported to the aseptic temporary storage tank; the prepared pulp is sterilized by the pulp UHT and transported to the aseptic temporary storage tank; the liquid and pulp are then mixed online according to a certain ratio After mixing, it enters the temporary aseptic tank and supplies it to the aseptic filling machine for filling.
1. Sterility of materials
The material-liquid tube-type UHT adopts the tube-type UHT and uses superheated water for SIP. It has an independent CIP/SIP function. The function is to sterilize the prepared liquid to achieve sterility.
2. Sterility of the mixed environment
Temporary aseptic tanks for material liquid, aseptic pulp storage tanks, online mixing aseptic system, and temporary aseptic tanks are an important part of the preparation of aseptic pulp beverages. SIP is performed through clean steam to achieve sterility.
In the process of preparing a sterile pulp-containing beverage, two points need to be paid attention to. One is the risk of aseptic products being contaminated, leading to product deterioration, so a structure with high aseptic reliability should be adopted; the other is the problem of pulp damage when the pulp particles enter the pulp UHT and transport to the filling machine. For some pulps, it may be deformed into filaments, which are trapped at the filling valve and affect filling. The characteristics of different pulps are different, so in the design and manufacturing process of the equipment, it is necessary to consider the characteristics of the pulp and make targeted adjustments.
